Needs Analysis

The needs analysis or customer discovery is where Enterprise Mobility comes on-site at the potential customers facility and asks and observes the customer existing business processes and rules. It comprises of asking and observing a series of questions to the prospective customer to ascertain their goals for the project. It is divided into 6 sections:

  1. Company Profile
  2. Goals of the Project
  3. Company Operations
  4. What is the Buying Cycle
  5. Ranking of the 5 Most Important Concerns
  6. Services Needed from Vendor for this Project

The deliverable from this analysis are:

  1. Our findings
  2. Return on Investment (ROI) for the define project.
  3. Proposal to perspective customer for delivering the proposed mobile computing project.

 This phase of the project is free to the customer providing they permit Enterprise Mobility to bid the project. Otherwise it is charged @ 100.00 per hour.
