Enterprise Mobility manages custom software development projects for mobile computing environment by dividing the effort into Definition, Design, Deploy, and Support phases. Each phase includes specific tasks and deliverables.

Definition
The client’s current system status is defined and a project plan is created. Custom software is determined by the client’s specific software requirements and “as-is” environment. The deliverable for this phase is a functional requirements document that is based on a general business description provided by the client threw the needs analysis. This document provides the direction for both the programming and documentation pieces required for a successful custom implementation.

Design
Enterprise Mobility designs the general system, the logical system and the detailed system. The by product of this phase is the internal design document. The created document includes the system flow, system architecture (particularly as it relates to the client’s existing systems), the high-level and detail-level functional specifications for all transactions, screens, reports and programs. It may also include layouts for transactions, screens and reports.

Deploy
The system is built on Enterprise Mobility premises using the specified code development, unit testing, integrated testing, and system testing for all transactions, screens, reports, and programs. The deliverable is the application code for a system in which each program unit is tested and proven functional at Enterprise Mobility. The system is installed at the client site, ensuring that the system functions in the client environment as it performed during this build phase at Enterprise Mobility. Integrated Testing confirms that the code developed during the design phase functions in the client’s hardware and software environment.

Support
Documentation can be customized for specific user requirements, such as users guides, installation guides, training manuals, troubleshooting and reference guides. The documentation format and content can be designed specifically for the target user. Help Desk can be design to support the application after the 90 day warranty period is over.
